Netanel founded NP Line Design with a simple philosophy: one contractor, one contract, one point of accountability. For specialized trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC), we use vetted, licensed, and insured subcontractors that we have long-standing relationships with. All subcontractors work under NP Line Design’s supervision and quality standards. We do not use day laborers or unvetted workers.

Get lien releases from every subcontractor and supplier before making each progress payment. California's mechanics lien law allows unpaid parties to lien your property even if you've paid the GC in full. Conditional lien releases at payment, and unconditional releases after payment clears, are the correct documentation sequence. Make this a contract requirement.
